Ingredients

1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) cottage cheese
1/2 cup (125 ml) Greek yogurt
1 cup (250 ml) mixed berries or pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp (30 ml) all bran buds
10 almonds, chopped

Directions

  1. Put the first four ingredients into a blender, blend well.
  2. Pour contents into a bowl and top with bran buds and almonds.
  3. Garnish with a few berries or pomegranate seeds.
