Ingredients
Smoothie base
1 cup | (240mL) | cottage cheese |
1/4 cup | (60ml) | milk |
1/2 | banana | |
3 tbsp | (45ml) | peanut butter (or any nut butter) |
2 tbsp | (30ml) | honey |
2 tbsp | (10ml) | cocoa powder |
1 tsp | (5ml) | poppy seeds |
Optional Toppings
1/2 | banana, sliced | |
1 | kiwi, peeled and sliced | |
1/2 cup | (120ml) | raspberries |
1/2 cup | (120ml) | granola |
1 tbsp | (15ml) | crushed cocoa nibs or crushed peanuts |
Directions
- In a high-speed blender place the first 8 ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Transfer blended ingredients to a bowl and arrange, in neat layers, the sliced kiwi, banana, raspberries and granola. Sprinkle with crushed cocoa nibs or peanuts, if using.
