2 cups | (500 ml) | Canadian cheddar cheese |
1 cup | (250 ml) | Canadian cottage cheese |
1 cup | (49 g) | fresh spinach chopped |
6 slices | (91 g) | bacon, cooked and chopped |
1 cup | (250 ml) | red pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup | (125 ml) | green onions, chopped |
1/2 cup | (125 ml) | jalapenos, chopped (optional) |
6 large | eggs, whisked | |
to taste | salt and pepper |
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190 °C).
- In a large bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Divide the mixture evenly into a 12-cup silicone muffin pan.
- Place the muffin pan into a deep baking dish and fill with water until it reaches just below the rim of the muffin pan.
- Place it on the middle rack of the oven.
