Banana Cream Pie Chia Pudding

Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) plain Greek yogurt
1 cup (250 ml) milk
1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
1/4 cup (60 ml) chia seeds
1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% whipping cream
1 tsp (5 ml) granulated sugar
2 (2) bananas, sliced
1/4 cup (60 ml) shaved chocolate (optional)

Directions

  1. Whisk together yogurt, milk and honey. Whisk in chia seeds.
  2. Divide among four 1-cup (250 ml) Mason jars.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. To serve, whip cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Spoon over puddings and top with sliced bananas.
  5. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate if desired.
