Strawberry cottage cheese ice cream

2 cups (480 ml) 4% cottage cheese
1 cup (240 ml) frozen strawberries
2 bananas cut into chunks
3 tbsp (45 ml) liquid honey or agave syrup


  1. Place cottage cheese, honey and bananas into a high speed blender and blend until combined, add the strawberries and continue to blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a loaf pan and freeze for 2-3 hours
  3. Before serving, allow ice cream to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
