Ingredients

2 cups (500 ml) frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 cup (250 ml) cottage cheese
1.5 cups (375 ml) milk
1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
2 tsp (10 ml) vanilla extract
graham crackers
whipped cream

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients (except graham crackers and whip cream) into a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Optional: top with crushed graham cracker & whip cream. Enjoy!
