|1/2 cup||(125 ml)||nut or seed butter, or school-safe butter of choice|
|1 tbsp||(30 ml)||butter|
|1 1/2 cup||(375 ml)||oats|
|1 cup||(250 ml)||whole wheat toasted oats cereal|
|1 1/2 cup||(375 ml)||puffed wheat cereal|
|1/2 cup||(125 ml)||unsweetened shredded coconut|
|1/2 cup||(125 ml)||chopped dired pineapple|
- Line a 9x9-in (22cm x 22cm) baking dish with parchment paper. In a microwave-safe bowl melt honey, seed or nut butter, and butter for 45 seconds, or until softened.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Press into lined baking dish and refrigerate for one hour, or until firm. Cut into 12 bars and enjoy with a serving of milk or yogurt.
