|1 cup||(250 mL)||whipping cream|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL)||sugar|
|1 tsp||(5 mL)||vanilla extract|
- Chill a large bowl and beater(s) of an electric hand or stand mixer for roughly 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Remove bowl and beaters from fridge. Pour cold whipping cream into bowl and beat for approximately 1 minute. Add sugar and vanilla extract.
- Continue whipping until stiff peaks start to form. Top fresh fruit or dessert and enjoy.
