Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) chocolate milk
1 (small) banana, broken into chunks
2 tbsp (30 ml) peanut butter
1/4 tsp (1 ml) ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine chocolate milk, banana, peanut butter and cinnamon. Purée until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses.
