
Ingredients
2 tbsp | (30 ml) | Canadian salted butter |
1/2 cup | (110 g) | brown sugar, unpacked |
1 1/2 cups | (350 g) | peach slices |
2 cups | (500 ml) | Canadian vanilla yogurt |
Directions
- In a sauté pan over medium heat, melt butter until it turns light brown. Add brown sugar and peaches to the pan.
- Stir and cook until all the sugar is dissolved (2-3 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Transfer the peach mixture to a food processor and purée the peach mixture until fairly smooth, leaving a few small pieces of peaches.
- In a bowl, gently fold the peach mixture into the yogurt for no more than four strokes.
- Divide the mixture between popsicle moulds and insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for 3 hours or until frozen.
