1small frozen banana
1 cup(250 ml)frozen peaches
1 cup(250 ml)frozen pineapple
1 cup(250 ml)plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup(125 ml)kefir or milk


  1. In a blender, or food processor, pulse banana, peaches, and pineapple with yogurt and kefir/milk until smooth, thick, and creamy.
  2. Pour into bowl, and top as desired. Enjoy!
