|1 cup||(250 ml)||frozen peaches|
|1 cup||(250 ml)||frozen pineapple|
|1 cup||(250 ml)||plain Greek yogurt|
|1/2 cup||(125 ml)||kefir or milk|
- In a blender, or food processor, pulse banana, peaches, and pineapple with yogurt and kefir/milk until smooth, thick, and creamy.
- Pour into bowl, and top as desired. Enjoy!
