Baked Brie & Apple on Naan

4 pieces (400 g) whole wheat or white naan bread
200 g (1 small, round) Canadian Brie
2 apples, cored and sliced thinly


  1. Pre heat oven to 350⁰F
  2. Divide each piece of naan into 8 wedges
  3. Place slices of apple and then Brie on wedges
  4. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until slightly browned
  5. Note: If you like your naan more crispy you can broil it before placing the apple and naan on it
