Where does the milk in northern Alberta get processed?

Asked By Angela

The large majority of the milk in northern Alberta is processed in Edmonton. There are two fluid milk processing plants in Edmonton that combined process approximately 5.6 million litres of milk a week, which is then distributed to northern Alberta, as well as the rest of the province.
