Ingredients
| 4 pieces | (400 g) | whole wheat or white naan bread |
| 200 g | (1 small, round) | Canadian Brie |
| 2 | apples, cored and sliced thinly | |
| Optional: fresh thyme, for garnish |
Directions
- Pre heat oven to 350⁰F
- Divide each piece of naan into 8 wedges
- Place slices of apple and then Brie on wedges
- Cook for 3-5 minutes or until slightly browned. Optional: add some fresh thyme for garnish
- Note: If you like your naan more crispy you can broil it before placing the apple and naan on it
