Ingredients
1/3 cup | (60 ml) | honey |
1/2 cup | (125 ml) | nut or seed butter, or school-safe butter of choice |
1 tbsp | (30 ml) | butter |
1 1/2 cup | (375 ml) | oats |
1 cup | (250 ml) | whole wheat toasted oats cereal |
1 1/2 cup | (375 ml) | puffed wheat cereal |
1/2 cup | (125 ml) | unsweetened shredded coconut |
1/2 cup | (125 ml) | chopped dired pineapple |
Directions
- Line a 9x9-in (22cm x 22cm) baking dish with parchment paper. In a microwave-safe bowl melt honey, seed or nut butter, and butter for 45 seconds, or until softened.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Press into lined baking dish and refrigerate for one hour, or until firm. Cut into 12 bars and enjoy with a serving of milk or yogurt.
