Ingredients
1 cup | (250 ml) | plain Greek yogurt |
1 cup | (250 ml) | milk |
1/4 cup | (60 ml) | honey |
1/4 cup | (60 ml) | chia seeds |
1/2 cup | (125 ml) | 35% whipping cream |
1 tsp | (5 ml) | granulated sugar |
2 | (2) | bananas, sliced |
1/4 cup | (60 ml) | shaved chocolate (optional) |
Directions
- Whisk together yogurt, milk and honey. Whisk in chia seeds.
- Divide among four 1-cup (250 ml) Mason jars.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, whip cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Spoon over puddings and top with sliced bananas.
- Sprinkle with shaved chocolate if desired.
