Cinnamon Hot Chocolate in the Slow Cooker

Ingredients

6 cups (1.5 L) milk
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) 10% cream
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) light eggnog (or additional milk)
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) semi-sweet (or milk) chocolate chips
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
2 cinnamon sticks
cinnamon to sprinkle on top (optional)

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients into your slow cooker and cook on low for two hours, stirring every half an hour so that the chocolate doesn’t burn.
