Ingredients
1 | small frozen banana | |
1 cup | (250 ml) | frozen peaches |
1 cup | (250 ml) | frozen pineapple |
1 cup | (250 ml) | plain Greek yogurt |
1/2 cup | (125 ml) | kefir or milk |
Directions
- In a blender, or food processor, pulse banana, peaches, and pineapple with yogurt and kefir/milk until smooth, thick, and creamy.
- Pour into bowl, and top as desired. Enjoy!
