1/2 cup | (125 ml) | plain Greek yogurt |
1 | garlic clove, minced | |
4 tbsp | finely chopped chives | |
2 tbsp | (30 ml) | finely chopped dill |
2 tbsp | (30 ml) | white wine vinegar |
1 tbsp | (15 ml) | fresh lemon juice |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Mix the Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chives, dill, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Optional Blending: For a smoother consistency, blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Chill for Flavour: Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight) to let the flavors meld.
- For Salad Dressing: If you’re using this as a salad dressing, thin it out by adding 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
