Ingredients
1 cup | (250 mL) | whipping cream |
1 tbsp | (15 mL) | sugar |
1 tsp | (5 mL) | vanilla extract |
Directions
- Chill a large bowl and beater(s) of an electric hand or stand mixer for roughly 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Remove bowl and beaters from fridge. Pour cold whipping cream into bowl and beat for approximately 1 minute. Add sugar and vanilla extract.
- Continue whipping until stiff peaks start to form. Top fresh fruit or dessert and enjoy.
