2 8”-10” pieces | naan | |
1/2 cup | pizza sauce | |
1/2 cup | shredded mozzarella | |
1/2 cup | ricotta | |
20 | pepperoni slices | |
1/4 cup | sliced black olives | |
3 tbsp | honey | |
1/4 tsp | crushed red pepper | |
fresh basil, for serving |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 500°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place naan side by side on the baking sheet. Spread each with pizza sauce, about ½ inch from the edge.
- Divide half the mozzarella between the two flatbreads, then place pepperoni slices in a single layer on each. Dollop with ricotta, sprinkle with olives and remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is starting to get crispy on the edges.
- While the pizza is cooking, combine honey and crushed red pepper in a small bowl.
- To serve, drizzle pizza with spicy honey and top with fresh basil, if desired.
