Pepperoni, Ricotta & Olive Naan Flatbread with Spicy Honey

Makes 2 8”-10” pizzas

Ingredients

2 8”-10” pieces naan
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup ricotta
20 pepperoni slices
1/4 cup sliced black olives
3 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
fresh basil, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place naan side by side on the baking sheet. Spread each with pizza sauce, about ½ inch from the edge.
  3. Divide half the mozzarella between the two flatbreads, then place pepperoni slices in a single layer on each. Dollop with ricotta, sprinkle with olives and remaining mozzarella.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is starting to get crispy on the edges.
  5. While the pizza is cooking, combine honey and crushed red pepper in a small bowl.
  6. To serve, drizzle pizza with spicy honey and top with fresh basil, if desired.
