| 4 | boneless, skinless salmon fillets | |
| 2 tbsp | butter, divided | |
| 1/2 cup | heavy cream | |
| 1/2 cup | vegetable broth | |
| juice and zest of a lemon | ||
| 2 tbsp | chopped fresh dill |
Directions
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine flour and spices in a small bowl. Pat salmon dry with paper towels and place on a plate, then sprinkle with flour on both sides.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot add 1 tbsp butter and swirl to coat the bottom. Add the salmon to the pan and cook until golden, 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet to a plate.
- Add remaining butter to the skillet. Add cream, and broth then stir to combine and continue to cook over medium-high heat for another 3-4 minutes until mixture comes to a simmer.
- Add lemon juice, zest and dill. Stir to combine. Return salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over top. Cook for another 4-5 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and sauce has thickened. Enjoy!
