Ingredients

1 small frozen banana
1 cup (250 ml) frozen peaches
1 cup (250 ml) frozen pineapple
1 cup (250 ml) plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup (125 ml) kefir or milk

Directions

  1. In a blender, or food processor, pulse banana, peaches, and pineapple with yogurt and kefir/milk until smooth, thick, and creamy.
  2. Pour into bowl, and top as desired. Enjoy!
