Samagriyan:
- 1 cup (250 ml) full cream ya 2% doodh
- 1 cup (250 ml) paani
- 2-3 tbsp (30 – 45 ml) cheeni, swaad anusar
- 1-3 elaichi ke dane
- 2 laung
- 1-2 inch dalchini ka tukda
- 1 kali chai ka tea bag
Nirdesh:
- Mortar-pestle ya belan ke kone se elaichi, laung aur dalchini ko halka sa koot lo aur is mixture ko ek pateeli (pot) me daal do saath me paani, chai ka tea bag aur cheeni mila do. Phir ise ubalne do.
- Jab chai ubalne lage, doodh daal do. Chai ko dobara ubalne do aur phir heat se hata lo.
- Ek chai chhanni ka use karke garma-garam chai do mugs me daal lo aur enjoy karo!
