This annual event brings together producers, processors, and industry stakeholders to connect, exchange insights, and strengthen our shared commitment to the dairy sector.

Event Registration

Registration for the Alberta Milk Annual General Meeting is available through Eventbrite. Please click here to register.

Registration deadline: Monday, November 16, 2026

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Hotel Accommodations

A block of guest rooms has been reserved at the Fantasyland Hotel for the night of November 24, 2026, at the group rate of $199 per night plus applicable taxes.

Reservations can be made online here. When making your reservation online, please ensure you select your desired check-in and check-out dates from the calendar.

Guests wishing to upgrade their room type should contact the Reservations Department directly at (780) 444-5541 or 1-800-737-3783.

To receive the negotiated group rate, guests must identify themselves as attending the Alberta Milk AGM or provide the group code 11ABM when booking.

Producer Registration

Each licensed Alberta dairy farm is eligible for one complimentary AGM registration, which includes:
• Access to all meetings
• Banquet, meals and dairy breaks
• One complimentary standard hotel room for November 24, 2026.

Note: Additional event tickets, extra hotel nights, theme rooms and special accommodation requests are the producer’s responsibility and are subject to availability.

How to register

Register by November 16, 2026 using one of the options below:
• Online:  Visit the Eventbrite registration page. Please select “yes” if you need a hotel room.
• Email: Send your name, farm name, producer number, phone number and whether you need a hotel room to register@albertamilk.com.
• Phone: Call the office at 780-453-5942 or toll-free 1-877-361-1231.

Hotel rooms

If you request a hotel room when you register, Alberta Milk staff will reserve one complimentary standard room on your behalf and send confirmation closer to the event.  Request your room by October 23, 2026. After this date, rooms are subject to availability and the group rate may not apply.

Extra nights or special room requests – For extra nights, theme rooms or special accommodation requests, contact Fantasyland Hotel directly at 780-444-3000 or 1-800-737-3783. Producers are responsible for these costs.

Cancellations

To cancel a registration or hotel reservation, producers must contact the office before 11 a.m. on Monday, November 23, 2026. Late cancellations will be invoiced to producers for the full room cost and any applicable penalties.
