This annual event brings together producers, processors and industry stakeholders to connect, share insights and strengthen our shared commitment to the dairy sector.

Each licensed dairy farm in Alberta is eligible for one complimentary AGM registration, which includes:
• Access to all meetings
• Banquet, meals and dairy breaks
• One standard hotel room at the rate of $189/night (plus tax) for the night of November 25, 2025

Note: Pre-registration is required to receive these benefits.

Additional event ticket fees and special accommodations are the responsibility of the producer

🏨 Hotel Accommodation

Each licensed dairy farm is eligible for one standard room at the group rate of $189/night (plus tax), fully covered by Alberta Milk for the night of November 25, 2025.

New: Alberta Milk will handle hotel reservations directly. Producers no longer need to book their own rooms or submit receipts for reimbursement. You will be required to provide a credit card upon check in for any incidentals.

🛏️ Special Accommodation Requests
If additional nights or theme room are requested, please contact the Fantasyland Hotel directly at 780-444-5541 or toll-free 1-800-737-3783. Be sure to request the Alberta Milk group rate for November 25. You are responsible for paying for your full stay. Please submit your hotel receipt to the office for reimbursement – up to the group rate of $189/night (plus tax) for November 25.

📆❌ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by 4 pm on November 24, 2025. If you do not cancel your room by the deadline, Alberta Milk will be charged. Producers will be invoiced for the full cost of the room and any applicable penalties.
