Ingredients
1 cup | (250 ml) | 2% Greek yogurt |
3 tbsp | (45 ml) | good quality extra-virgin olive oil |
1 | lemon, rind and juice | |
1 tbsp | (15 ml) | honey |
1/2 tsp | (2 ml) | sea salt |
2 tbsp | (30 ml) | fresh dill (or other herb) |
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk the yogurt together with the extra-virgin olive oil, rind and juice of lemon, honey and sea salt.
