Samagriyan:
- 1 cup (250 ml) full cream ya 2% doodh
- 1 cup (250 ml) paani
- 2-3 tbsp (30 – 45 ml) cheeni, swaad anusaar
- 1-3 ilaichi de dane
- 2 laung
- 1-2 inch daalchini da tukda
- 1 kali chai da tea bag
Hidayataan:
- Mortar te pestle ya belan de agge wala hisa vart ke ilaichi, laung te daalchini nu kuchal ke ek paale vich paa lo. Eh mishran paani, tea bag te cheeni naal ek patile vich paa ke boil karo.
- Jad patila ubal raha hove, doodh paa do. Chai nu phir ubalne do, te heat ton hata lo.
- Chai chhanni naal chai nu 2 mugs vich paa lo.
