Ingredients
2 cups | (480 ml) | 4% cottage cheese |
1 cup | (240 ml) | frozen strawberries |
2 | bananas cut into chunks | |
3 tbsp | (45 ml) | liquid honey or agave syrup |
Directions
- Place cottage cheese, honey and bananas into a high speed blender and blend until combined, add the strawberries and continue to blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a loaf pan and freeze for 2-3 hours
- Before serving, allow ice cream to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
