Three great reasons to make smoothies with your students:
- Food tasting is a powerful way to teach healthy eating.
- Developing food skills enhances students’ ability to choose, make and eat healthy foods.
- Smoothies are an easy way to boost intake of the foods most children and youth do not get enough of – vegetables and fruit and milk and alternatives.
