|1 tsp||(5 ml)||butter|
|2 slices||higher fibre bread of choice|
|1 1/2 oz||(50 g)||sliced mozzarella (or your choice of cheese)|
|2 slices||fresh tomato|
|3-4||fresh basil leaves|
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Take one slices of bread, add cheese, tomato, and basil. Top with other slice of bread.
- Melt the butter in heated pan- spread around. Add sandwich and turn heat down to medium-low. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then flip. To help with cheese melting, cover sandwich (or pan) with a pot lid. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
