Wake and Shake Smoothie

2.5 cups (20 oz)

Ingredients

1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
1/3 cup (75 ml) vanilla yogurt
1 banana
1/2 cup (125 ml) frozen blueberries
1/2 cup (125 ml) frozen strawberries
1 tbsp (15 ml) chia or flax seeds

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Recipe makes approximately 20 oz or 2.5 cups.Optional: Blend seeds in blender prior to adding other ingredients for a smoother texture.
