Ingredients

1 cup(250 ml)milk
1(small)banana
1/4 cup(60 ml)vanilla yogurt
4pitted Medjool dates
1/4 tsp(1 ml)ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine milk, banana, yogurt, dates and nutmeg. Purée until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses.
