Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) milk
1 (small) banana
1/4 cup (60 ml) vanilla yogurt
4 pitted Medjool dates
1/4 tsp (1 ml) ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine milk, banana, yogurt, dates and nutmeg. Purée until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses.
