Ingredients

1 cup(250 ml)milk (1%, 2%, or whole is best)
1 tsp(5 ml)ground turmeric
1/2 tsp(2 ml)ground ginger
1/2 tsp(2 ml)ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp(1 ml)ground cardamom
1 tbsp(15 ml)sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Heat in a saucepan over medium heat, until warm. Or, heat in the microwave.
