Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) milk (1%, 2%, or whole is best)
1 tsp (5 ml) ground turmeric
1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground ginger
1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp (1 ml) ground cardamom
1 tbsp (15 ml) sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Heat in a saucepan over medium heat, until warm. Or, heat in the microwave.
