|1/2 cup||(125 ml)||vanilla Greek yogurt (I used 2% MF)|
|1 tbsp||(15 ml)||natural peanut butter (you can use any nut or seed butter)|
|1 tsp||(5 ml)||chia seeds (optional)|
|Sprinkling of cinnamon|
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and serve alongside fresh fruit and French toast kabobs
- *I also use this dip as a topping for pancakes, French toast and waffles (and then top with fruit) and have been known to eat it by the spoonful as well! It’s that good!
