Ingredients

1/2 cup (125 ml) vanilla Greek yogurt (I used 2% MF)
1 tbsp (15 ml) natural peanut butter (you can use any nut or seed butter)
1 tsp (5 ml) chia seeds (optional)
Sprinkling of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and serve alongside fresh fruit and French toast kabobs
  2. *I also use this dip as a topping for pancakes, French toast and waffles (and then top with fruit) and have been known to eat it by the spoonful as well! It’s that good!
