2 (medium) figs, cut in half lengthwise
1/4 tsp (1 ml) butter
1/2 tsp (2 ml) honey
2 tbsp (30 ml) 100% white grape juice
1/2 cup (125 ml) plain Greek yogurt
15 pistachios, shelled and chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and place halved figs on it skin side down.
  3. Dot each halved fig with butter and drizzle with honey. Pour juice over figs.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Spoon baked figs on top of Greek yogurt and sprinkle with pistachios.
