Ingredients

1/2 cup (125 ml) cooked quinoa
1 tbsp (15 ml) ground flaxseed
2 tbsp (30 ml) toasted almonds, sliced
1/2 cup (125 ml) raspberries
1/2 cup (125 ml) milk

Directions

  1. Reheat quinoa in the microwave until it is warm.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
  3. Option: Add cinnamon and/or sweetener to suit your taste.
