1/2 cup(125 ml)cooked quinoa
1 tbsp(15 ml)ground flaxseed
2 tbsp(30 ml)toasted almonds, sliced
1/2 cup(125 ml)raspberries
1/2 cup(125 ml)milk


  1. Reheat quinoa in the microwave until it is warm.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
