|1/4 cup||(60 ml)||popcorn kernels|
|1 tbsp||(15 ml)||unsalted butter, melted|
|2 tbsp||(30 ml)||grated parmesan cheese|
- Pour popcorn kernels into the bottom of a brown paper bag. Fold the top of the bag over a couple of times.
- Lie the bag on its side in the microwave and turn it on for about 2.4 minutes. Be sure to listen to the popcorn- when the popping slows to about 4 seconds between pops, the corn is done. Pour popcorn into a bowl for serving (or enjoy it right out of the bag!).
- Drizzle butter over the popcorn and shake to mix. Top with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy with a glass of chocolate milk!
