Maple Tahini “Dollop of Yum”

Ingredients

1/4 cup (60 ml) tahini
1/2 cup (125 ml) 2% Greek yogurt
6 tbsp (90 ml) olive oil (flavoured if possible)
6 tbsp (90 ml) white flavoured balsamic vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
1/2 cup (125 ml) hot water (less water if you would like a thicker dollop)

Directions

  1. In a glass bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Store in a jar.
