Ingredients

1/4 cup(60 ml)tahini
1/2 cup(125 ml)2% Greek yogurt
6 tbsp(90 ml)olive oil (flavoured if possible)
6 tbsp(90 ml)white flavoured balsamic vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
1-2 clovesgarlic, minced
2 tbsp(30 ml)maple syrup
1/2 cup(125 ml)hot water (less water if you would like a thicker dollop)

Directions

  1. In a glass bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Store in a jar.
