Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Fruit Salsa

2 (large) kiwis, peeled and diced
2 (large) Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored and diced
8 oz (250 g) raspberries
16 oz (500 g) strawberries, diced
1 tbsp (15 ml) white sugar

Cinnamon Chips

5 (10 inch) whole grain flour tortillas
1 tbsp (15 ml) melted butter
3/4 tsp (3 ml) cinnamon
2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar


  1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries and white sugar.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
  3. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  4. Brush melted butter on one side of each tortilla and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Note: you may not need all of the cinnamon sugar.
  5. Cut tortilla in wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in oven for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Scoop up the fruit salsa with your baked cinnamon chips and enjoy!
