|2 cups||(500 ml)||frozen mixed berries (or fruit or your choice)|
|1 tbsp||(15 ml)||sugar|
|2 tbsp||(30 ml)||water|
|1 tsp||(5 ml)||cornstarch|
|4 cups||(1L)||plain yogurt (I would recommend 2%)|
- Mix berries, sugar, water and cornstarch in a small pot.
- Place over medium heat and cook until the fruit has softened and the sauce has thickened, about 5-10 minutes. Cool completely.
- Place 2 tbsp (30 ml) of fruit sauce in the bottom of a container or jar. Top with 1/2 cup (125 ml) of plain yogurt.
- Enjoy! Or top with granola when ready to eat.
