Ingredients

1 cup(250 ml)milk
3/4 cup(175 ml)raspberry or mixed berry yogurt
1 cup(250 ml)raspberries
1/2 cup(125 ml)fresh or frozen cranberries
2 tbsp(30 ml)liquid honey

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, raspberries, cranberries and honey. Purée until smooth.
  2. Pour into 3 glasses.
