Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) milk
3/4 cup (175 ml) raspberry or mixed berry yogurt
1 cup (250 ml) raspberries
1/2 cup (125 ml) fresh or frozen cranberries
2 tbsp (30 ml) liquid honey

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, raspberries, cranberries and honey. Purée until smooth.
  2. Pour into 3 glasses.
