Berry Good Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie

1 cup (250 ml) milk (lactose free or regular)
1 1/2 cup (375 ml) frozen berries
3 tbsp (45 ml) plain Greek yogurt

Toppings

Chia seeds
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Sliced Almonds
Granola

Directions

  1. In a blender, blend milk, berries and yogurt until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into two bowls and add toppings. Serve immediately.
  3. Enjoy!
