Ingredients

2 cups(500 ml)rolled oats
1 tsp(5 ml)baking powder
1 1/2 tsp(7 ml)cinnamon
1/4 tsp(1 ml)cloves
1 tsp(5 ml)ground ginger
1 1/2 cup(375 ml)milk
1 tsp(5 ml)vanilla
2eggs, whisked
2 tbsp(30 ml)butter, softened
2 tbsp(30 ml)brown sugar
1apple, grated

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C) and grease or line two 12-cup muffin tins.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Pour into muffin tins (evenly dispersed) and bake for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
