Ingredients

1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
2 apples, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp (30 ml) brown sugar
2 tsp (10 ml) apple pie spice
2 cups (500 ml) Greek yogurt
2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
1/2 cup (125 ml) granola

Directions

  1. Melt butter in large skillet set over medium heat. Add apples, brown sugar and apple pie spice. Cook, stirring often, for 3 to 5 minutes or until apples are tender and golden. Cool completely.
  2. Layer apples and yogurt in 4 parfait glasses, repeating layers twice. Top with granola.
