2024 Alberta Milk Annual General Meeting

Please join us for our Annual General Meeting on November 21 and 22, 2024 in Edmonton.

Hosted over two days, day one will see a half day of general industry information sessions followed by a dinner with our provincial milk quality award presentation along with a keynote speaker (topic TBC). The morning of day two will be the official business portion of the AGM, open to all. The afternoon is a closed session for producers only.

Venue

Our event will be held at the River Cree Resort and Casino at 300 East Lapotac Blvd in Enoch. It is a 30 minute drive to the Edmonton International Airport and a 10 minute drive to West Edmonton Mall.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the River Cree Resort and Casino for November 21, 2024 at the group rate of $209 per night (plus tax).  The room block closes on October 21, 2024 and the group rate will no longer be available. Reservations after that date will be subject to availability.

Alberta Producers Only:
Alberta Milk will cover the cost of one standard room per farm for the night of November 21, 2024 at the group rate of $209 per night (plus tax).

PLEASE NOTE: Producers must reserve and pay for their own hotel accommodation, then submit an expense claim with receipts to Alberta Milk for reimbursement.
