SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:As COVID-19 has prevented us from hosting an in-person meeting this year\, the AGM will proceed through a hybrid model. Alberta Milk delegates will be invited to participate in person while producers and industry partners are invited to join virtually via a live webcast. According to the Alberta Health Services (AHS) current guidelines\, we are able to have no more than 50 people in attendance and those 50 people will be comprised of current and incoming delegates and staff. Should the AHS guidelines change prior to November 18\, the meeting will be changed to a virtual meeting for everyone. \nGet the meeting agenda here. Topics to be discussed include:\n− 2020-23 strategic plan presentation\n − Update on Dairy Farmers of Canada activities\n − Information on the Western Milk Pool \nEveryone is required to preregister. Online registration is now open\, please go to agm.conveneagm.com/albertamilk.  \nAfter you register\, you will receive a link to access the site. Pending authentication of registration\, you will be able to submit questions relating to the agenda topics or to the organization’s operations and access meeting documents in advance of the meeting. \nThose who are not able to register online will have to contact the office in order to register and receive the call in number.
